孤岛煤柱内巷道合理布置与围岩控制技术研究

Reasonable location of the roadway and the technology of surrounding rock control in isolated coal pillar

摘要: 为提升煤炭运输效率、形成高效运煤系统,新疆布拉克矿53采区集中运输巷需布置在孤岛煤柱内。为寻求巷道的合理位置,分析了孤岛煤柱上覆围岩结构与应力分布规律|运用数值软件FLAC3D对不同掘巷方案下煤柱及巷道围岩应力、应变、位移和孤岛煤柱稳定性进行了对比分析,最终结合现场条件确定巷道留设在距5401采空区4m位置处。对集中巷围岩采用高预应力高强锚杆(索)进行组合加固,结合现场拉拔试验,研究确定了集中巷窄煤柱一侧锚杆的合理长度,保证了锚杆的锚固有效性。现场应用监测结果表明:巷道围岩变形速度初期较大,后期平缓,变形量在可控范围之内,运输巷变形得到了有效控制。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to improve the efficient of the coal transportation, the main transportation roadway inNo.53 mining area is needed to be arranged in the isolated coal pillar. Then surrounding rock structure and stress distribution law is analyzed firstly. With the using of Flac3d, a software, the roadway position is located in the position which is 4m away from the 5401 gob by the contrastive analysis of the coal pillar’ stress, strain, roadway’ displacement and the stability of the isolated coal pillar. Besides, the the anchoring force near the narrow coal pillar is guaranteed by the determination of the ressonable length of the anchor through the pull out test. As a result, the deformation of surrounding rock is controlled successfully with the combined support of high pre-tension and high-strength anchor under the 4m width of coal pillar in practice.
